A thin Armenian flatbread stuffed with a generous mix of finely chopped wild and garden herbs, sealed and dry-cooked on a griddle.
Identity criteria
- 1A single thin unleavened dough enclosing a herb filling

- Cooked on a hot saj/griddle without oil so the thin bread blisters and chars rather than fries
