Milo Sprinkle is the pint-sized star of Taste Lab's dessert pages — a twelve-year-old inventor whose notebook overflows with pancake skyscrapers, candy-bar cupcakes, cereal-crunch cheesecakes and cookies hiding surprise centers. He dreams up every recipe by asking two questions: will kids cheer when it lands on the table, and is every bite actually delicious? Milo takes charge of the mixing, decorating, stacking and naming, while a grown-up teammate always handles the hot caramel, ovens, stovetops, sharp knives and any other risky step. And because the spectacle should never outrun safety, each of his creations comes with a calmer version for younger kids and clear allergen swaps.
